Return and Refund Policy

At Fur-filled Life, we pride ourselves on offering unique, custom-made apparel designed specifically for pet lovers. Because our products are printed on demand—meaning they are made especially for you once an order is placed—our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
As a Print-on-Demand business, we do not hold inventory. Every item is created uniquely for the customer who ordered it. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or wrong size selection.

We strongly recommend referencing the Size Guide provided on each product page to ensure the correct fit before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
* Defective or damaged;
* Poorly printed (e.g., blurring, ink spots); or
* Incorrect (wrong item/size sent by us);

We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

How to file a claim:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Please adhere to the following steps:
1.  Email our support team at sales@furfilledlife.com.
2.  Include your Order Number in the subject line.
3.  Attach clear photos showing the defect or the wrong item received.

Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you or issue a refund to your original payment method. You typically strictly do not need to return the defective item unless requested.

3. Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. However, please note:
* Wrong Address: If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
* Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If the package was lost due to an error on our part or the carrier's part (and the address provided was correct), we will cover the costs of printing and shipping a replacement order.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it yet:
1.  Check your bank account again.
2.  Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3.  Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
DISCLAIMER: This section applies only if you are a customer residing in the European Union.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, since our goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, this right of withdrawal may not apply under Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU. Please contact us for clarification.

(Note: Since you are targeting the US market, this clause is included purely as a safeguard in case you receive an international order, preventing EU legal exposure).
