At Fur-filled Life, we work with a print-on-demand model. This means that we don't hold inventory; instead, every product is uniquely created for you after your order is placed. We believe this is a more sustainable approach to fashion, reducing waste and overproduction.

Please review our shipping procedures below.

1. Order Processing vs. Shipping Time
It is important to distinguish between "Processing Time" and "Shipping Time". The total time to receive your order is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

# Processing Time (Production)
Since your item is custom-made, please allow 2 to 7 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and package your order.
* Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.
* During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), production times may extend slightly due to high volume.

# Shipping Time (Transit)
Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3 to 6 business days.
International: 10 to 30 business days (depending on destination and customs).

(Please note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates).

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
Free Shipping: We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If your order qualifies, this option will be automatically available at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
* Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.
* You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
If you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@furfilledlife.com.
* If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Fur-filled Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
* Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
* If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

6. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of the United States:
Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fur-filled Life is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
